Anna Svetlitskaya is a dedicated and intuitive guide in the fields of personal transformation, embodiment, and conscious human connection. Her work integrates movement, psychology, spirituality, and relational awareness into a grounded and holistic approach to healing and self-discovery.
She holds a Master's degree in Religion Studies from the University of Humanity and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology of Dance and Movement (Creative Dance and Developmental Movement). Her academic foundation is complemented by long-term training in art therapy and healing pedagogy. Her professional path includes extensive training in Contact Improvisation and Instant Composition, Play-Fight, and Gaga Movement Language, as well as bodywork modalities such as Thai and oil relaxation massage. She has also studied Radical Honesty, Embodied Philosophy through Body-Mind Centering and Meridian Qi Gong, Reiki, the Chinese tea ceremony, and completed Steiner teacher training. In addition, she is graduated from the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), deepening her exploration of embodied spirituality and conscious relating.
Anna is a creator, artist, and performer. Movement is both her language and her art form. Through improvisation and embodied exploration, she researches the intelligence of the body and the depth of authentic expression. Her artistic path deeply informs her teaching, bringing creativity, sensitivity, and presence into every space she holds.
As a teacher of life philosophy, Anna invites reflection through lived experience. Rather than offering fixed concepts, she creates conditions for insight to arise through the body, through relationship, and through honest self-inquiry. She works with adults and teenagers, including people with physical or cognitive limitations, offering inclusive and respectful spaces that support emotional awareness, creative confidence, and embodied presence.
Healing is at the heart of Anna's work. She supports individuals in recognizing unconscious patterns, releasing stored tension, and restoring connection to their inner resources. Through movement practices, relational processes, and guided inner exploration, she helps transform inner conflict into clarity, vitality, and creative power.
Alongside group facilitation, Anna offers individual healing massage sessions. Her bodywork integrates elements of Thai massage and oil relaxation massage, combining mindful touch, gentle pressure, stretching, and deep relaxation techniques. These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, release physical and emotional blockages, and restore the natural flow of energy in the body. Each session is intuitive and attuned to the individual's needs, creating a safe space for rest, regeneration, and embodied healing.
Nature is a deep source of nourishment, inspiration, and renewal in Anna's life. She feels most alive when moving outdoors — dancing with trees, swimming in open waters, walking barefoot on the earth, or spending time in the quiet of desert landscapes. For her, nature is not separate from practice; it is part of the work itself.
The desert holds a special place in her heart. Its simplicity and spaciousness remind her of what is essential. In natural environments, she finds grounding and clarity that directly inform the spaces she creates for others.
Anna lives an ecological lifestyle and relates to the body as a living ecosystem. Through what she calls body ecology, she encourages a respectful relationship with one's own physical and emotional landscape. Healing, for her, is a return to balance — listening to natural rhythms, restoring vitality, and reconnecting with the innate intelligence of both body and Earth. She sees personal healing and care for the planet as interconnected processes.
Her spaces are characterized by depth, warmth, attentiveness, and integrity. Whether working one-on-one, with groups, in educational contexts, or in nature-based settings, Anna offers a grounded and supportive field where authenticity can unfold and transformation can happen gently and naturally.
